Terms of Use — Post2Git

1. Definitions

• Service: Post2Git, a WhatsApp-based agent that enables users to create and manage GitHub/GitLab issues.
• User: any person using the Service.
• Account: user space linked to a WhatsApp phone number.
• Third-Party Platforms: Meta WhatsApp Cloud API, GitHub, GitLab, Stripe, OpenAI, Firebase/Google Cloud.
• Content: messages, files, attachments, and configuration sent via WhatsApp.
• Subscription: a paid plan, Solo or Team.

2. Acceptance of the Terms

Using the Service implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Use. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use Post2Git.

We may modify these Terms at any time. The current version is available on our website. In case of a material change, we will inform you by any appropriate means (website, WhatsApp, or email). Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

3. Description of the Service

Post2Git allows you to:

• automatically create GitHub/GitLab issues from WhatsApp messages,
• add comments and labels to existing issues,
• manage preferences (repositories, languages, modes),
• use AI processing for structuring and summarizing content,
• manage subscriptions through Stripe.

The Service relies on Third-Party Platforms whose availability and rules may change independently from us.

4. Eligibility

You represent that you:

• are at least 16 years old and have legal capacity to use the Service,
• use the Service in compliance with applicable laws,
• provide accurate information during onboarding.

5. Account & Security

Your Account is linked to your WhatsApp phone number. You are solely responsible for:

• access to your phone and WhatsApp,
• keeping your GitHub/GitLab OAuth credentials confidential,
• immediately revoking access in case of compromise.

Any action performed from your phone number is deemed to be performed by you.

We may suspend or terminate an Account in case of abuse, fraud, breach of these Terms, or harm to the Service.

6. Subscriptions, Billing, and Taxes

Payments are processed exclusively by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize automatic monthly or annual renewal.

You may cancel at any time via the /portal command. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Started periods are not refunded.

Prices are shown excluding taxes. VAT or local taxes, when applicable, are added at checkout based on your country. We reserve the right to change prices, with effect from the next billing period.

7. Permitted and Prohibited Use

You agree not to use Post2Git for:

• illegal, hateful, defamatory, or violent content,
• harassment, spam, or abusive automated usage,
• unauthorized data collection,
• processing sensitive data under the GDPR (health data, political opinions, etc.),
• circumventing limits or reverse engineering.

You warrant that you hold all required rights to the Content you submit and you assume full responsibility for its publication on GitHub/GitLab.

We may refuse, remove, or block any Content that is manifestly non-compliant.

8. Intellectual Property

Post2Git, its code, brand, interface, and content are protected by intellectual property laws and remain the exclusive property of Projet ZETA.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service for your internal needs.

You remain the owner of your Content and of the issues created on GitHub/GitLab.

9. AI Processing — No Guarantee of Results

Post2Git uses AI models to structure and rephrase issues. Results are provided on a best-effort basis and may contain errors or approximations. You remain responsible for validating the final content published on your repositories.

10. Availability — Limitations

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee:

• continuous or uninterrupted availability,
• absence of bugs,
• availability or stability of Third-Party Platforms,
• absence of data loss caused by such platforms.

Maintenance operations may temporarily suspend the Service.

11. Liability

Our liability is limited to proven direct damages, up to the amounts actually paid during the last 12 months.

We shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, data loss, or impacts linked to Third-Party Platforms.

12. Termination

You may terminate your Account at any time via WhatsApp, email, or the web interface. Termination results in the Service stopping and data being deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Certain clauses survive termination, including intellectual property, liability, and governing law.

13. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure resulting from an event beyond our reasonable control (network outage, Third-Party API interruptions, natural disasters, etc.).

14. Personal Data

Personal data processing is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Grenoble, except for mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply.
